AV Group is certified under ISO 20121, the international standard for sustainable event management.

The certification involves a systematic approach to the environmental, social, and economic impacts that may arise in connection with meetings and events. This means that sustainability is an integral part of our planning, services, partnerships, and continuous improvement efforts.

The certification was conducted by the independent certification body DNV. AV Group is the first Danish AV provider to achieve this certification and can therefore help customers organize events in a more transparent and responsible manner.

AV Group is a supplier under an SKI framework agreement and can therefore provide services to public organizations under the terms set forth in the agreement.

SKI agreements make it easier for public-sector customers to make purchases through frameworks in which, among other things, product ranges, terms and conditions, and suppliers have been evaluated in advance. As an SKI supplier, AV Group meets a number of requirements in areas such as quality, the environment, and social responsibility.

For public-sector customers, this means a simpler and more transparent procurement process, as well as access to competitive AV solutions from an approved supplier.

AV Group has reached an agreement with Dansk Metal. This means that our employees are covered by clear and transparent terms and conditions regarding, among other things, wages, working hours, pensions, and the work environment.

The collective bargaining agreement supports our commitment to being a responsible workplace where integrity and professionalism go hand in hand. For our customers, this also provides assurance that the work is performed by employees who work under regulated conditions.

Among other things, Dansk Metal works to improve its members’ wages and working conditions, provide training, and ensure a safe work environment.

As a member of the Confederation of Danish Industry, AV Group is part of a large Danish business community focused on corporate competitiveness, development, and operating conditions.

In 2024, AV Group was named a Børsen Gazelle. The Gazelle award is based on the company’s publicly available financial statements and a number of financial criteria.

Among the requirements are a period of stable growth and, as a general rule, at least a doubling of revenue or gross profit over four fiscal years. The award is therefore a recognition of AV Group’s development and ability to build a healthy, growing business.

In 2025, AV Group was once again named a Børsen Gazelle.
